My wife and I looked in the side of the yard this morning and a huge amount of wild white roses and honeysuckle too had opened up. So I took a picture of the honeysuckle. The white roses where hard to see even in the morning sunlight, because it was washing out the white in the roses too much.

These daisies are popping up all in our backyard. It's my wife's favorite flower and we don't mow them down until they are finished blooming each year. She gets the weed eater and gets the grass around them so I don't cut them with the mower. We've got a lot of them all in the yard.

My wife and I went bike riding and fishing yesterday. This is a scene from backwater of the Tennessee river. We were surpised to see all the cypress trees. (We only caught two small fish and threw them back in.)

My wife an I went on a long bike ride yesterday along side the Tennessee river for about 10 miles one way and back. It was a beautiful day, about 82 degrees and sunny. We had a good time, but a little tired. It took us about 3 1/2 hours. We stopped twice and ate a sandwich and looked at the scenery and of course took pictures. We saw a lot of scenery we hadn't seen before. It was a fun trip.

Here's my two grandsons yesterday. We took them on a 2 mile hike to see if the eagle's nest was still there this year. On the way back they got tired a little.

Saw this today while walking along side the Tennessee river. Must be a type of wild flower similar to ones that are solid white, just never have seen them in this purple color.
